What to bring
Essentials
- Photo ID

Wear comfortable clothes
Loose, comfortable clothing makes the exam and any adjustments easier. If you’re coming straight from work, no worries — we’ll work with what you’ve got on.
Coverage & cost

Common questions
Is chiropractic care safe?
For most people, yes. Chiropractic adjustments are one of the most-studied conservative approaches to musculoskeletal pain. We take a careful history and exam first so we only treat what is appropriate for chiropractic care — and refer out when something else is the better fit.
Will the adjustment hurt?
Most patients describe adjustments as a quick pressure followed by relief. We adjust the technique to your body, your comfort level, and what we’re working on.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what’s going on and how long you’ve had it. Many patients feel significantly better within a few visits; chronic issues take longer. We re-evaluate as we go and never lock you into a long-term plan.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed to schedule with us. If your insurance plan requires a referral for coverage, we’ll let you know when we verify benefits.
Do you treat children?
Please call to discuss. We’ll let you know whether pediatric care is offered in our office or whether a referral would serve your family best.
I was in a car accident — can you help?
Yes. We see whiplash, neck-strain, and post-collision low-back pain regularly, and we can provide the documentation you need for an insurance or PIP claim.
